Personal data necessary for the operation of ContextMinds

In order for us to store the content you create in ContextMinds, we must tag it with a personal identifier that we create based on your email address. If you log into ContextMinds using a Google or other company account, this personal identifier is linked to your account.

In order to speed up the login process, login data may be stored in the form of cookies in your browser. If you use another company’s account (e.g. Google), this storage depends on how you have set up your account with that company.

Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further information.

If you give your consent, we will use Google Analytics for the purpose of determining the number of accesses to ContextMinds and other statistics, which stores your identifier in cookies for the purpose of distinguishing unique users. Please contact Google directly for more information.

We use Zendesk and Mailchimp to communicate with you, where your email address and, where applicable, name is stored.

You can opt-out of having your data stored in Mailchimp by using the link in any of the emails you receive. You can then withdraw any consent by writing to support@contextminds.com, where you can also request to cancel your account and delete all data.
