ContextMinds aims to help you generate and research content ideas as fast as possible. To do this, we need to keep all our systems running smoothly, and that can’t be achieved without your help. We need you not to misuse or abuse our products and services.
We ask you to adhere to the following guidelines, where the word Services refer to all websites, apps, software, and services operated by ContextMinds. Use your judgment, and let’s be kind to each other so we can keep working on great things.
You may not
a) resell, rent, share, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit or make the Services or any portion thereof available to any third party without our written consent;
b) share your user account in the Services with any third party;
c) assign internal user accounts included in your subscription plan to anyone outside your company or organization;
d) use the Services for any purpose or in any unlawful manner;
e) work around any technical limitations in the Services;
f) interfere or attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, functionality, or performance of the Services or its components;
g) use the Services in any manner that damages or impairs our servers or interferes with any other party’s use of the Services;
h) create or attempt to create any derivative works of the Services;
i) access or use the Services to build a similar or competitive work;
j) access or use the Services through any automated system other than a conventional web browser operated manually by you – e.g., bots or crawlers.
We expect each Services user not to exceed the amount of usage of Services an average single human would be capable of.
We consider excessively high usage if a single user is active (i.e., sends at least one data request to our servers per minute) for more than 12 consecutive hours more than once in one week.
If you reach excessively high usage, we’ll contact you at the email you used for registration in ContextMinds. You will be offered an option to continue using ContextMinds in the same manner for an extra cost or to avoid future excessively high usage.
Failure to follow the fair use policy or restrictions may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
